Mini Log #15 (Titan Forge Changes, Power Nova & Hellfire Barrage Changes, Forbidden Temple Changes & MORE)

Greetings Exorians,

This patch contains a few balance changes, adjustments to the forbidden temple, changes to new items and spells.

 

+ Forbidden Temple Changes
   + General
      - Lowered the boss points required to unlock forbidden temple from 25k to 20k.
   + Ancient Monsters
      - Reduced the drop rate of shards on ancient monsters.
      - Tempest shards will no longer be dropped from ancient monsters.
      - Increased the overall defenses of ancient monsters.
   + Seren the Forgotten
      - Increased the drop rate of shards on Seren the Forgotten.
      - Hitpoints are now scaled per additional player in the room, by +20k hitpoints.
      - Increased the defenses of Seren the Forgotten, it is weakest to magic.

+ Magic Changes
  + Spells
     + Power Nova
       - Significantly Increased the maximum distance required to hit multiple targets.
       - Increased the damage and 'cape' effect damage. It is now stronger than regular power charge, due to the cost and time to make it.
     + Hellfire Barrage
       - Increased the maximum distance required to hit multiple targets.
       - Increased the base damage and 'cape' effect damage. It is now stronger than regular hellfire burst, due to the cost and time to make it.
  + Faceless King
       - Slightly lowered its magic defence.

+ New Accessories
    - Dragonic aegis will now give +1% increased argus drop rate.
    - Venomous talon will now give +1% increased facelss drop rate.
    - Arcane crystal will now give +1% increased undying vengeance drop rate.
Note: Some changes may be coming for accessories, potentially turning them in to base 1% raid drop rate in the future.

+ Titan Forge
   - You can now use an alternative item material to forge. For example if the forge requirement is a dragonic ring (twisted) you may use the imbued twisted ring as an alternative. To check whether a material has an alternative item, simply click on the item on interface.
  - Akdall's amulet can now be used in the arcane crystal amulet recipe.
  - Imbued twisted rings can now be used in the forge recipes if it requires a twisted ring.
  - Significantly lowered the essence required to forge Shadowfrost equipment.
  - Lowered the amount of enchanted dusts required to forge dusted hellside imp.
  - x1 superior essence can now be used as an alternative for enchanted onyx dust.

+ Boosters
  - Added new booster: Boss Points Booster, increases boss points gained by +50% for 1 hour. Obtained from credit shop.
  - Fixed an issue with boosters all being consumed if they're stacked in the inventory.

+ General Changes
  - Increased the cost of rift reset scroll from 20 to 25k sacrifice points.
  - Buffed the chance to obtain lockpick trinket from safe boxes to 1/750 (previously 1/1k)
