Bennie Posted April 6 Share Posted April 6 Greetings Exorians, There are different ways to fix a blackscreen issue depending on what type of issue it is. We'll list a few potential fixes. Blackscreen when logging in: - This usually means you have a VPN on. Turn your VPN off and delete your cache. You can do so by going to C:/users/yourusername/.exora - After deleting that folder, load up the client again. If you don't have a VPN then try the following fixes: - Uninstall higher versions of java and install only JAVA 8. Then download and run jarfix only once here: https://johann.loefflmann.net/en/software/jarfix/index.html - If that doesn't fix it, download the standalone jarfile, and make sure to reset the cache. Blackscreen while playing/crash: - Go to C:/users/yourusername/.exora delete the folder and load your client up again. - If it keeps happening use the standalone client.
