In your opinion, what qualities makes a great staff member / team?: Leadership, knowledge, Team Support, Team Care, Being on the right page when your discussing staff issues, Not fighting over every little thing and disagreeing with others In what way and what makes you and only you, a great asset to the current staff team?: I feel i could help people when some are not able too, i think that i would be a good assest, I'm learning and i have previous experience with other communitys that are not runescape
